I read this interesting article...I didn't know before that there was such a thing as a relationship dictionary.
Did you know that what is an Alpha Relationship is? What about being in a Dating Moratorium, or what an Ex-box is?
Let's go see the Dictionary:
Alpha relationship: A couple who seemingly have a perfect relationship. MFEO (made for each other). Example: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have an alpha relationship.
Dating Moratorium: a temporary, self-imposed suspension of all dating activity for the purpose of recovering from a bad relationship or to go on the proverbial journey of self-discovery.
Ex-Box: The box where you put away all the souvenirs from a relationship that has ended, i.e. photos, cards, ticket stubs, etc. In extreme cases, this box may be given faux funeral rights and buried or set fire to as a symbolic gesture of closure and complete obliteration from memory.

as wide as an eagle's wings
It is Sunday once again, signaling the start of the fresh new week. Come to think of it, February has come and gone in a wink of an eye. One minute we were just celebrating the new year, listing resolutions, the next minute we are exchange "i heart you" during Valentines. Now, we are ushering the the summer and vacations months. Time has wings as wide as an eagle's!
Speaking of time, it flew fast last week.
Monday started quite slow....it's a holiday. A day dedicated for celebrating Edsa 1. Nope, didn't join any of the street rallies begging and pleading the current president to resign. Instead we (my sister, my 2 cuzins, my brother and his girlfriend) were here in the house, savoring each passing second of vacation from either school or work. as usual, i woke up a little after ten. I had coffee and went straight to planning what to cook for lunch. I have to feed 6 people who haven't had any breakfast yet. i went directly to the kitchen...after an hour or so, lunch was served...
The day continued i took a nap, watched some tv, did Coffee Prince marathon, and prepared for dinner.
Tuesday- back to work. Monday usually is the busiest day of the work week, since we skipped it, all the work was packed to the second day of the week. It was a regular work day, except for the fact that we have a premiere night to attend. "My Big Love" For those who don't know, it is the latest movie of Sam Milby together with Toni and Kristine. It is the movie wherein Sam wore a fat suite. More about the movie here. I went to the premiere with my sister, Rachel and with Yehey! friends- Elaine, Jori, Kan, Lasz, Tina and Jay2.
Wednesday- i worked in the morning, but we have to leave for a marketing research seminar in RCBC in Makati. I had lunch with Elaine, my boss, talked about the office and work mainly, then we proceeded to the seminar venue. Sadly, the seminar turned into a product demo. Approximately after an hour the seminar begun, we left! we can't take the boredom anymore! Instead of going home, i went to see my favorite pampamkin, Andrei and his sister Monessa. i stayed there for the whole afternoon.... being with kids really takes away any trace of stress! In the evening, I went to church to attend the Mid-week service.
Thursday- Ne-Yo's presscon was scheduled around lunch time. Yup, i got to see him upclose alright, but then we had to wait more than 2 hours to catch a glimpse of him for like 30 minutes. hehehe. Oh well, I'm not a fan girl, but if you want to know more about the presscon, you may check out Cheekie's article at Yehey!
Friday- packed with Interviews for Marketing Associate applicants. Lunch was scheduled for a meeting with the Kuya Jon and Ate Tara. Finally the ball is rolling...more about this in my next entry. Then, there's dinner with the girls at MOA. Well, 2 of the girls are missing (Saraah and Rachel) but we always manage to chat the night away and stay late in Starbucks.
Saturday- Rest day supposedly. But i wanted to see my best friend and her adorable baby, Cassie. :) Since their place is near my pampamkin's house, i dropped by for a quick hi and i hit the mall. I met up with ate khalille who is currently shopping for shoes to wear to kuya jon's wedding. i never planned to do any shopping that day, but the impulsive shopper in me took the better of my will. hahaha. i ended up buying the black dress i needed for the wedding. i got it for a better deal- half the price! so it is not bad after all. i always love getting discounts and bargains. haha. i'm cheap.
Now it's Sunday. it has always felt busy for some reason. yup, it's church day but there's always meetings left and right. Oh well...
I had quit an eventful flight last week. at least i accomplished much, but there's still a lot of work to be done! i'm already rehashing my sched for tomorrow....getting ready for another packed week!
